11. Amendments & Termination

99ad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, including individual games, payment methods, promotional offers, or entire service categories. Where such changes materially affect your ability to use the Platform or access your funds, 99ad will use reasonable efforts to notify affected players in advance.

99ad may amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. Amendments take effect from the date they are posted to the Platform, except where a specific effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

99ad may terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice if:

• You are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.

• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in 99ad's dormant account policy.

Upon termination for breach, 99ad reserves the right to retain any balance in your account pending investigation and, where fraud or abuse is confirmed, to forfeit that balance in full. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach (for example, regulatory requirements), any verified real-money balance will be returned to you.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which 99ad operates.
